FACES is Metro Trans Umbrella Group’s new magazine. FACES stands for Facilitation, Advocacy, Consulting, Education, and Storytelling. FACES is focused on transgender communities across the Greater St. Louis area and features interviews, artwork, creative writing, and more. Visibility can be difficult for trans people. FACES magazine is building a community space where trans people and their allies can support greater visibility for the trans community.
Metro Trans Umbrella Group is a non-profit organization located in St. Louis, Missouri created by and for the trans community. Founded in 2013, MTUG offers a wide range of social supports to empower transgender, nonbinary, intersex, and other gender-expansive people to not only survive, but thrive in the Midwest.MTUG Metro Trans Umbrella Group
