Celebrate with us!

Great Rivers Greenway (GRG) was created in 2000 by a vote of the people in the St. Louis region. Its mission is to make the St. Louis region a more vibrant place to live, work and play by developing a network of greenways to connect people to their rivers, parks and communities.

Throughout its 25-year history, GRG has engaged citizens and partners to understand their desires and concerns, gather feedback on plans and set priorities. To date, the organization has built 140 miles of greenways that connect communities, preserve nature, promote healthy lifestyles, provide transportation alternatives and create economic vitality.

This year, we at We Are St. Louis are partnering with GRG to collect your memories on the trail! Help us build a community archive and showcase the richness of our region's resources!
