Musket Fire · WRSTL PLACE · We Are St. Louis

Title: Musket Fire
Description: Hunting was an integral part of French colonial survival. The vast wilderness accommodated the town with numerous big game and beautiful forests to explore. However, firing a musket was a lengthy process and had to be done quietly to catch prey. It also served as a weapon against outsiders who were considered enemies, mainly Osage Indians, who originated from the surrounding area.
