Title

Collage of pictures from February to March 2025 of members of Gateway City Church cleaning and painting the new building.

Description

Prior to closing on the new building on January 29, 2025, the church building at 6930 Mexico Rd had been vacant since March 2024. Along with bringing the building up to code for occupancy, there were many repairs needed, along with general cleaning and painting. Using volunteer work and donations, the building was made ready for the first service on March 6th, a test run service. The first official service was on March 16, 2025. During the weeks of preparation, Cheryl Hammer took many pictures to document the efforts and Linda Bolls and other women created a collage.
