Title

Gateway City Church's officially closing on the new building in St Charles on Mexico Rd.

Description

Johnny Grant's comment on the photograph: "Yesterday I closed my favorite deal in my 10 year real estate career - helping the Gateway City Church purchase a second building in St. Charles. It was listed for 1.1 million, appraised for 1.1 million, and we were able to negotiate the price down by over 40%. Negotiating deals is my favorite part of real estate, and my relationship with God is my favorite part of my life. It was beyond rewarding and humbling to see the 2 come together into something tangible. I have to give a shout out to the Hawkins and the Hammers for their vision, the board for their diligence, the entire church for their prayers, and Kathy Crites/Brian Gross for their collaboration.
If you’re in the St. Louis area and looking for a place to worship, we’d love to have you. In a world of mega churches, I’m so proud of the leadership team’s wisdom to spread out and become ingratiated in the various communities in the metro area...."
